The structure of the RJS’s prelims and mains exam is almost identical to every other state judiciary exam.

  • The preliminary test will be a multiple-choice question-based. 
  • The subjects mentioned in the syllabus for Law Paper I and Law Paper II have 70% weightage.

Those who pass the RJS prelims exam can take the RJS Judiciary mains exam. The main examination will consist of subjective questions divided into 4 exams. Candidates have 3 hours to complete each paper.

  • The Rajasthan Judiciary mains question paper comprises 4 papers: Paper I: Law, Paper II: Law, Paper III: Hindi Essay, and Paper IV: English Essay.
  • All the papers are descriptive.
