TERMS OF USE, CONSENT & AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF NAME, IMAGE AND ACADEMIC ASSOCIATION

1.   Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in, accessing, or using any materials, mock tests, videos, courses, mentorship programs, or any other resources (collectively, “Services”) provided by the Institute, you (including, where applicable, your parent/legal guardian) expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.   Acknowledgment of Association

You acknowledge and agree that your enrollment, participation, or use of the Services establishes a bona fide academic association between you (or your ward) and the Institute for preparation purposes.

Such association may be referenced, described, or disclosed by the Institute in a truthful and non-misleading manner.

3.   Consent for Use of Name, Image, and Information

You hereby grant the Institute a voluntary, informed, unconditional, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use your (or your ward’s) name, photograph, image, voice, video recordings, AIR/rank, scores, testimonials, and batch/course details.
• Publish, reproduce, display, or communicate such information through any medium including but not limited to:
• Advertisements (digital/print)
• Websites, social media platforms, and promotional campaigns
• Brochures, banners, hoardings, and academic materials
• Internal communications and outreach to prospective students

4.   Purpose of Use

Such use shall be for legitimate purposes including, but not limited to:

• Awareness for future aspirants
• Promotion and advertisement of the Institute and its Services
• Academic representation of results and outcomes
• Informational and educational outreach

5.   No Misrepresentation Clause

The Institute undertakes that:

• Any use of your identity or performance shall be factually accurate and not misleading
• The Institute shall not falsely claim exclusivity unless explicitly agreed

6.   Waiver of Claims

You expressly waive any right to:

• Object to such usage on grounds of personality rights, publicity rights, or privacy, to the extent permitted by law
• Claim any compensation, royalty, or consideration for such usage

7.   Third-Party Sharing

You consent to the Institute sharing limited relevant details (such as name, course, and performance) with:

• Prospective students and parents
• Academic counselors
• Partner platforms strictly for informational and promotional purposes

8.   Guardian Consent (For Minors)

Where the student is a minor, the parent/legal guardian:

• Confirms lawful authority to provide this consent
• Agrees to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the ward

9.   Duration of Consent

This consent shall:

• Remain valid indefinitely, including after completion of the course
• Continue unless withdrawn in writing, provided that prior usage shall remain valid and lawful

10. Withdrawal of Consent

Any request for withdrawal must be made in writing. However:

• The Institute shall not be obligated to withdraw or recall materials already published or circulated
• Reasonable time shall be taken to process future-use restrictions

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Institute from any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising due to:

• Any false or misleading information provided by you
• Any third-party disputes regarding your representation

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Jodhpur.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter and override any prior verbal or written agreements.

DECLARATION

By enrolling in or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions voluntarily and without coercion.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jodhpur.
