NALSAR Admission Process for BA LLB
The five-year integrated BA LLB (Hons.) course at NALSAR admits students purely on the basis of their CLAT UG score.
Eligibility
- Candidates must have passed 10 + 2 or an equivalent examination with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST).
- There is no upper age limit for appearing in CLAT UG 2026.

- Duration: 2 hours
- Total Marks: 120
- Negative Marking: –0.25 per wrong answer.
Application Process

- Click on CLAT Application Form and complete registration.
- Fill in personal, academic, and exam-center details; upload required documents.
- Pay the fee online (₹4,000 General / ₹3,500 SC-ST) before the deadline (expected October 2025).
Admission
- After the CLAT exam, results will be declared in January, followed by centralized NLU counselling.

NALSAR Hyderabad Admission Process for LLM
The one-year LLM Programme at NALSAR admits students via CLAT PG exam.
Eligibility
- Candidates must hold an LLB / BA LLB / equivalent law degree with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).
- Final-year students awaiting results are also eligible to apply.

- Duration: 2 hours
- Total Marks: 120 MCQs.
- Syllabus: Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Contract Law, Torts, Criminal Law, International Law, and other core subjects.
Admission Procedure
- Apply online through the CLAT application form on the Consortium portal.
- Download the admit card and appear for CLAT PG exam in December.
- Based on the CLAT All India Rank, candidates participate in centralised NLU counselling.
- Those allotted NALSAR must complete verification and pay the admission fee online to confirm their seat.
