To apply for the UP APO Vacancy 2025, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements as specified in the official notification:

1. Nationality

The candidate must be a citizen of India.

2. Age Limit (as on 1 July 2025)

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 40 years

Candidates must have been born between 2 July 1985 and 1 July 2004 (both dates inclusive).

3. Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university or institution.
  • Final-year law students awaiting results are not eligible unless the degree is obtained before the last date of application.

4. Other Conditions

  • Candidates must be of sound health and good moral character.
  • They should not have been debarred by UPPSC/any other government body from appearing in exams.

The application for UP APO Vacancy 2025 will be available only on the official website uppsc.up.nic.in from 16 September 2025 to 16 October 2025. Candidates must follow these steps carefully:

1. Visit the Official Website: Go to uppsc.up.nic.in and click on the link for UP APO 2025 Online Application.

2. Complete the Registration: Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID to register. Create login credentials and note them down for future use.

3. Fill the Application Form: Log in using your credentials and provide academic, personal, and communication details. Ensure all entries are correct.

4. Upload Documents: Upload a recent passport-size photograph and signature as per the given format and size requirements.

5. Pay the Application Fee: Make the payment online using debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. Save the transaction ID and receipt.

6. Preview and Submit: Check all details carefully before final submission. Make necessary corrections if required, then submit the form and download the confirmation page.
