Follow the step by step process to file objection in CLAT 2026 questions or answers:

1. Login to Your CLAT Account

Login using your registered email ID and password on the official Consortium website. The objection link becomes visible only after the provisional answer key is released.

While reviewing the CLAT 2026 question paper, our Logical Reasoning faculty detected a question that is structurally incorrect and logically unsolvable. Many students were confused during the exam, and after detailed evaluation, we will advise all aspirants to file an objection against this question.

Problematic Question (Logical Reasoning Section):

Wrong Question in CLAT 2026

The question reads:

“If R ÷ Q + R × T, how is T related to Q?”

Many students marked different answers based on guesswork or assumed meanings, resulting in unfair disadvantage.

What is the CLAT 2026 objection on answer key?

It is a process where you can challenge answers given in the provisional answer key if you believe they are incorrect, incomplete, or ambiguous. You must submit your objections online through the official CLAT portal with proper justification.

Can I file objections through email or phone?

No. The Consortium clearly states that objections submitted through email, phone, or support tickets will not be accepted. Only the portal-based submission is valid.

What is the objection fee for CLAT 2026?

The fee is ₹5,00 per objection for all students, regardless of category.

Is the objection fee refundable?

Yes, but only if your objection is upheld. The refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made.

Can I use any bank account for refund?

No. Refunds are remitted only to the same bank account used to pay the objection fee. You cannot request a different account.

Can I challenge more than one question?

Yes. You can challenge multiple questions. You must submit each objection separately and pay the fee for each one.

Can I modify or withdraw an objection after submission?

No. Once submitted and paid for, objections cannot be edited or withdrawn. Review everything carefully before final submission.

Will filing objections delay the result date?

No. The Consortium has a predefined schedule. They review all objections quickly and release the final answer key before announcing results.

What happens if my objection is rejected?

No changes are made to the answer key, and the paid fee is not refunded.

Can two answers be correct for a question?

If two answers are valid and supported by standard sources, the Consortium may revise the answer key or drop the question altogether. You must provide proper proof.

What if I do not file an objection but the answer is wrong?

Even if you don’t file it, other students may. If the Consortium accepts their objection, everyone benefits from the corrected key.
