The UP APO cutoff varies each year, depending on the number of vacancies and other factors. Here are factors that impact the cutoff for UP APO.

  • The number of UP APO vacancies is one of the most important cutoff factors in deciding the cut off score.
  • The exam’s difficulty level directly affects candidates’ scores. If the exam’s difficulty level is high, the cut-off tends to go down.
  • UPPSC releases the cutoff scores category-wise. The reservation policy also plays a crucial role in deciding the cutoff marks.
  • Another important factor that indirectly affects the cutoff score is the number of students taking the exam. A large number of candidates taking the exam increases the competition among the students, thereby cut off as well.
