Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched two major initiatives — the PM Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana (PMDDKY) and the Mission for Aatmanirbharta in Pulses (Pulse Self-Reliance Mission) — aimed at boosting farm productivity, strengthening food security, and advancing agricultural self-reliance.
