Gujarat Civil Judge Application Form— Eligibility Criteria

Documents Required for Gujarat Judiciary Registration Form 2026

Keep all the necessary documents handy before applying. The list of documents required for registration is as follows:

  • Valid Email ID
  • Valid Mobile Number
  • Scanned Photograph (latest) 
  • Scanned Signature 
  • School Leaving Certificate or Birth Certificate for date of birth details
  • Marksheets and Certificates of SSC, HSC, Graduation, Post Graduation, LL.B., Post Graduation in Law, etc

How to Fill the Gujarat Judiciary Application Form 2026?

The Gujarat Civil Judge application form is divided into several parts, including form filling, login, document uploading, fee payment, and other details. Here is the step-by-step guide to complete the application process without any hassles:

Go to the Official Website

You should visit the official GHC website, https://gujarathighcourt.nic.in/

Provide Your Mobile Number 

You should have your own ‘registered’ mobile number that remains active throughout the recruitment process, as SMS alerts for the tests will be sent to the mobile number used for registration. 

Fill Out Application Form

Log in with your credentials to fill out the form. Here are the steps to complete the application process:

  • Fill in all the ‘Fields’ in the application form as instructed.
  • “Save’ the Online Application by clicking the ‘save’ button.
  • A new window will appear indicating “Candidate’s Application Number.” This implies that your application has been saved.
  • Next, click ‘Show Application Preview’ to see all the details in your application form.

Upload Scanned Copy of Photograph & Signature

You will be required to use the application number and date of birth to upload your ‘Scanned Photograph’ (latest) and ‘Scanned Signature’ in the prescribed size & format. 

  • Ensure that the uploaded photograph and signature are clear and easily recognisable. 
  • Your scanned signature shall be verified by the High Court at each stage. If the scanned signature does not match your signature during subsequent verification in the recruitment process, your candidature is likely to be rejected.

Edit Application Form

You can edit your application form through ‘Edit Application’ mode until you confirm the ‘Online Application ’ through the ‘Confirm Application’ icon. Once you click the “confirm” button, the system registers your online application.

Pay Application Fee

You must pay the requisite Fees by clicking the “Print Application / Pay Fee” button. Select the payment mode, i.e., Online Payment or Offline-Cash (a Challan will be generated online by selecting the ‘Cash’ Option).

Take the Printout of the application

You should click the ‘Print Application’ button to print the application form and keep a copy for reference purposes.

GJS Application Form 2026: Fee and Payment Process

You can pay the application fee both offline and online to complete the application process.  No other mode will be accepted. The GJS application fees are nonrefundable. The application fee will vary category-wise. Check complete details below:

  • If the Online mode is selected, you must pay the fees via Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/UPI.
  • If the Cash-Challan (offline) option is selected, you will take the printout of ‘Challan’, generated through SBI e-Pay and pay the fees before the Challan expiry date at any of the SBI branches. 
  • The concerned bank branch will keep the bank copy of the 'Challan' and return the candidate copy to you.
  • The online application will be considered valid only after the application fee is successfully paid through the online or offline (Cash Challan) mode.
  • You should preserve a copy of the e-Receipt / Cash Challan till the end of the recruitment process
